Anatomy, Intuition, Atmosphere
Raina Joi Beach, CMT#47233
Blending time-honored bodywork with numinous insights in anatomy and movement, every session has been created to evolve your well-being, targeting stress, soreness, and stagnation at the source.
Sessions are transformative, elevating recovery, performance, and everyday vitality. Experience massage with presence, where intuitive touch meets innovative thinking.
Gentle IS deep.
Orthopedically based, intuitive, energy-attuned sessions work so well for many, often unexpectedly, because:
I’m not forcing muscle to release.
I’m signaling safety.
My intentions are to encourage nervous system regulation by creating the atmosphere for your system to allow parasympathetic dominance.
And then the tissue responds.
Muscle relaxation is not only mechanical,
it’s neurological.
Hello, I am Raina Joi Beach, certified massage therapist & energy medicine practitioner and I look forward to working with you on your journey!

My name is Raina Beach, and I am a California Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #47233).
For over 25 years, I have dedicated my life to helping people reconnect with their bodies and support their healing through the power of touch, intention, and mindful presence.
My work is primarily offered in person at my private studio in Rockaway Beach, Pacifica, where I provide therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, TMJ-focused work, and intuitive bodywork. I also offer distant energy sessions for those who feel called to experience this work beyond physical distance.
Whether we meet in person or remotely, my intention is to create a space of deep relaxation, connection, and restoration—supporting your body’s natural ability to find balance and return to a state of ease.
-
Over the years, my approach to bodywork has evolved through experience, observation, and a deeper understanding of how the body heals.
I discovered that painful sessions were not necessary—and often are not the most effective path toward true healing. While many people have grown up with the belief of “no pain, no gain,” I have found that the nervous system responds best when it feels safe, supported, and able to let go.
Through my style of gently deep bodywork, I am able to access deeper layers of tension without forcing the body or creating unnecessary discomfort. Many clients who once believed that effective massage had to be intense have experienced a different kind of release through my approach—one that combines therapeutic depth with relaxation, trust, and mindful presence.
True healing is not about overpowering the body; it is about creating the right environment for the body to soften, unwind, and restore balance.

Who I Work With
I work with people who may or may not realize that what they need most is deep relaxation—not just to feel better in the moment, but to create the conditions where deeper healing can begin.
I work with those carrying the weight of an overly busy life: the overworked, the underappreciated, the constantly stressed, and those who feel overwhelmed by the demands placed upon them. I welcome the overachievers who rarely stop, the people who are always caring for others, and those who have forgotten what it feels like to truly rest.
I work with the fragile and the strong, those recovering from injury, pre-operative and post-operative clients, athletes pushing their bodies to their limits, and anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves.
Some clients arrive already deeply connected to their bodies and inner awareness. Others come with a quiet knowing—or perhaps simply a feeling that they are being guided toward a greater connection with their body, heart, and soul self. Whether you remember that connection or are just beginning to discover it, I meet you exactly where you are.
I am honored to work with kind, open-hearted people who appreciate the care, presence, and genuine love I bring into every session.
My work is for those who are ready to experience bodywork in a different way—where therapeutic depth does not require force, where the nervous system is honored, and where Gentle IS Deep.
